I+D Rental Pack

I+D RENTAL BOX is possibly the best system to control you rental spaces.
This box allows you to rent spaces, setting the price and prims individually for each box. It has completely configurable textures, and the posibility to hand info notes. It notifies renter when renting period is about to expire and owner when rental has not been renovated. The owner can also reserve the rental box for a determined avatar, and allow only that person to rent it and renters can place payments freely to extend their rental as they wish (if the owner has allowed this feature). As owner you can setup up to 4 different disccounts depending on the lengh of the rental period, encourging your customers to make bigger payments in advance.
This rental box, allows you to authorise more than one partner per rented space, making it easier for them as all partners can place objects or pay the box. The rental box will still be able to notices when they go over their prim limit.
Besides this standart features it presents a new and very usefull device: a remote control, given to the renter when rent is paid. This remote can be placed anyhwhere the renter wants to comfortably get info about his rental status or to pay the box from his own home or shop, no need to be phisically by the rental box.
The system is also prepared to work together with a control board (sold separately) that the owner can place at home or at the entrance of his mall or urbanization, and even a rental hud that, as owner you can wear and use at any time to retrieve information on your rentals. It works also smioothly with other I+D products to enhance the results.

I+D RENTAL PANEL
This PANEL BUTTONS has been prepared to work together with our Rental Box system(sold separately). It can be used as a remote control for the owner or he ca also choose to build a panel with many buttons representing his rental boxes and place it at home or at the entrance of his mall or urbanization. These buttons have a double function:
- control and manage your rental from a remote position of your choice
-create an informative panel to place it in your mall entrance that allows teleportation to each of your customers shops.

I+D RENTAL HUDS
This HUD has been prepared to work together with our Rental Box system(sold separately). It can be worn and used as a remote control for the owner.
You can know every instant the current status of your rentals but you can also manage them from anywhere in SL (terminate rentals, extend rentals, know how many prims your renter is using or for how many more weeks the space is rented for, send an IM or a note to your renter and hava a fast visual color coded glimps at you business situation.
This pack encloses 2 huds, the regula version and a one-click simplified version for ultra fast check ups.

I+D RENTAL BOX es sin duda alguna el mejor sistema de control de espacios en alquiler que encontrará en Second Life. Además de tener todas las funciones que el resto de productos similiares, se han incorporado otras muchas que lo convierten en un sistema potente, seguro y al mismo tiempo fácil de instalar leyendo estas instrucciones.

- Contador del numero de prims , tanto del inquilino como de sus socios, para instalar en terrenos cedidos a grupos, dando una informacion exacta de este numero.
- Posibilidad de dar dias de gracia en el alquiler.
- Añadir dias y cambios de tiempo de alquiler sin necesidad de reiniciar el rental.
- Posibilidad de reservar a un cliente determinado.
